Small Group Personal Training The Role of a Coach
DAYs
Each coach will attend a series of 2 online workshops with 3 assessments to complete. Upon completion of the course each coach will receive a folder with templates to create their Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) course.

The Needs analysis. Understanding scaling for all.
Metabolic Pathway and strength

What will be offered:
Practical skills to apply the knowledge learned.
Templates – Lesson plans and The Annual Training Plan that includes a skeleton annual training plan, metabolic and strength parameters and practical examples.
Who is it for?
Coaches of all levels who wish to expand their knowledge, and guidance in the design their own product for small group Personal Training, 1-1 Personal training or a gym based program.
Head coaches in charge of developing gym programs.
Gym owners to create or update existing offerings.
A Level 2 Fitness qualification or equivalent is needed.
